The numbers are in. The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported healthcare leading the nation in job creation the first nine months of 2011. In April, Higgins’ firm reported a 25 percent uptick in temporary hiring practices at client facilities. At the time, she said, her vendor management company was on track to exceed last year’s projections. Now in the fourth quarter, Higgins said healthcare job postings at her firm’s parent are up 56 percent – more than double what they were in April.
