1. Candidate Direct will accept and/or approve links to us or 2-way link exchange with industry related web sites or with travel and/or career relevant content.

2. Site requesting link must have a Google Page Rank of 3 or higher.

3. Page with a link back to Candidate Direct must be cached by Google.

4. Candidate Direct will monitor linking party site quality control. The linking party agrees to maintain the quality of the web site such that its content and activities conducted on such web site remain current, in good taste, compliant with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and appropriate for users of the Candidate Direct’s web site. We reserve the right to request removal of link to our web site when quality control stipulation is violated.

Candidate Direct staff will verify our link on your site and, if site meets our criteria, we'll link reciprocate the link. We decide where to place the reciprocal link and will keep you informed.

If you are interested in a Contextual Link Exchange, you must follow these steps:

A. Add the following to your web site, under a career related article or in your web site homepage:

If Link Exchange takes place, in addition to quality control monitoring, Candidate Direct staff will monitor linking party to verify reciprocal link to our web site. If reciprocal link is not found on linking party site, we will contact that site to try to reestablish link exchange. If link exchange is not reestablished within 5 business days, we will terminate link exchange.
